Are your watches water resistant?

Yes. Most models are rated 3ATM–10ATM. Please avoid pressing the crown underwater and never exceed the rated depth.

How accurate are the movements?

Automatic models typically run within ±10–30 seconds per day. Quartz models are accurate to a few seconds per month.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping is 7–15 business days; express is 3–7 business days. See Shipping & Delivery.

What if my watch arrives defective?
